– Recruit R&D centers of world leading technology companies to locate at the Vilacesti Park.
– Promote collaboration in research and development with African scientists & innovators.
– Especial focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications

• Special Center(s) for Collaboration with Africa

– Work with advanced countries in ICT, Healthcare, and emerging technologies such as AI form special centers for:
1. Collaboration between the countries and West Africa,
2. Recruiting small and medium-sized companies from the respective country to locate at Vilacesti, and
3. Promoting and supporting Vilacesti resident companies from the respective country (ex., incentives).
